CRISIS IS HERE! WATCHOUT
DCSAA is committed to challenging the so-called
”money crisis” which we believe is manufactured to a considerable extent.
DCSAA maintains an ongoing program to protect the interests of the membership. That program includes filing grievances, arbitration and Unfair Labor Practices.
The following DCSAAction highlights represent just a few key cases. Space prohibits presenting all our efforts.

DCSAA Delegates are the only people who can provide official union positions, information or recommendations to you. Certainly you have the right to take advice from non-leaders or non-employees and take action based on that advice. However you could be waiving your right to union assistance.
We follow a specific protocol due to our extensive responsibilities to the membership: if you have a problem or concern, you must start the process with your Delegate.
Save yourself time; do not contact our executive officers. They have significant responsibilities in other capacities and do not take field action. They will simply refer you to your Delegate.
WATCH FOR IT ~ you will find more tips on how to protect your rights on our website in the future.
